Experiences of a Zrii
Juice Consumer - Speedy Surgery Recovery
On October 28, 2008, I decided to go through with ACL
reconstructive surgery for my right knee. I had put the
surgery off for 10 months due to a skiing accident that
occurred December 31st. 2007, New Year's Eve day. I
figured I would try to go through physical therapy alone
to help me get by as I was nervous to go through another
surgery. I had gone through full reconstructive surgery
7 years ago, with the same knee, and again from a skiing
accident that had not just torn my ACL at that time but
also the MCL, and both Miniscus' which at that time I
had no choice but to go through with surgery. This time
around I was given a choice and thought I could just do
without but as an active young woman, I discovered I was
frustrated not being fully able to do the things I love
to do. Yes, physical therapy had helped, but I could
only do activities that allowed me to only move forward
and backward, not anything that I had to pivot, shift or
move side to side.
I have been drinking Zrii juice now for 6 months and have
benefitted from the product in many different areas:
being able to be more alert during the day, sleeping
better at night, feeling less anxious and stressed, and
just feeling "better" overall. Zrii had also helped with
the inflammation I had in my injured knee, and it was my
physical therapist at that time, that noticed the
swelling had gone down. So, I know Zrii is a product
that works for me yet, I had no idea of how "potent"
this product really is until going through with this
surgery.
Knowing that I would be prescribed anti-inflammatory
medication upon completing the surgery, I had
specifically asked the surgeon's assistant not to
prescribe me this particular medication as I am aware of
it's many dangerous side effects. So, I decided to just
continue drinking Zrii, and sure enough....it worked! I
had read about how amalaki is a potent natural
anti-inflammatory, but I visually saw how potent it
really is. I was amazed at how quickly the botanicals
actually helped to bring down the swelling in my knee. I
was not supposed to take off my bandages until seeing
the surgeon during my first post-op which was scheduled
the following week, but within 4 days, my bandages
literally were sliding down my knee. Rewrapping my knee,
I followed up, with my appointment, 3 days later.
At my post-op appointment, I can remember the surgeon's
face being quite surprised at how quickly I was
recovering. I don't think he was aware that I was not
taking any of the prescribed anti-inflammatories. The
x-ray technician was also surprised when he asked me to
bend my knee a certain way to take the xray, and seeing
that I could bend my knee to a 90 degree angle, with no
hands, he was surprised and asked "when did you have
your surgery?" and I replied, "last Tuesday." He said
"most people cannot bend their knee like that that soon
after surgery." This made me feel pretty darn good.
Needless to say, I am looking forward to pushing myself
to a speedy recovery. The estimated time for recovery
for this type of surgery is 6 months, as an ACL from a
cadaver is used to replace the original torn ACL.
However, I am shooting for a goal of 3 to 4 months and
really feel that by continuing using Zrii on a daily
basis, in addition to rigorous physical therapy....I
just might be able to hit my goal!

Fast"
Brian and Mae just signed 2 more people today. I’ve
signed 2 last weekend, the team grows really fast. I
have 7 personal and shooting for 10 again or more by the
month end.
I spent a lot of time with Brian and Mae
and other team members, mainly training, planning,
motivation and relationship building. Mae and I drove to Sacramento yesterday,
went to her cousin’s house and a best crab dinner, we
also had good training session for her niece. Alma
she’s another dynamite networker, a 23 year old girl,
very sweet but smart. She’s going to San Diego this
weekend to recruit her friend to Zrii.
I’ve asked Mae to give me 10 names
yesterday and today she brought in person in New York
from that list. Brian told Ling at our meeting that if it
wasn’t for Suzanne reminding him, he wouldn’t be here
talking to Ling. That makes me very happy to hear that
my team appreciate me. Brian is going for 10 this
month, he has 4 already. Brian and Ling are both
Personal Trainers at our gym. My point is that in all my networking
history, I’ve never built a team this fast. It has been
fun. If you have any suggestions,
recommendation to build a stronger team, please send it
